June 16, 2016 – NEW YORK – The Cibao Savings and Loan Association (Asociación Cibao de Ahorros & Préstamos: ACAP) selected SPLEX KNOW to manage media buy for the First Housing Fair My Roof in Dominican New York 2016 (Primera Feria Mi Techo en Dominicana New York 2016).

The media plan that the agency constructed included both TV and radio placement. Some of the outlets were Telemundo 47, Univision 41 and Mega 97.9. There were also two media tours held in Dominican territory with top media outlets in both TV and radio as well as in New York, accompanied with an official press release held three days prior to the opening of the Trade Show.

The execution of the media plan was the dominating factor in reaching out to potential buyers within the Dominican population in New York City and neighboring cities.

The result was a massive outcome of people that not only visited as spectators but as prospective buyers receiving information on properties of interest to be purchased on Dominican territory.

The Trade Show was hosted by the Real Estate Companies Association (Asociación de Empresas Inmobiliaria: AEI) in conjunction with our sister company The Creative Capital who assisted in designing the event layout and structure.
